ABSTRACT

Ежедневието ни непрекъснато препотвърждава тезата, че конфликтите са неотменна част от организационния живот. В рамките на всяка организация възникват и се развиват множество и различни по вид конфликти. Предпоставка за това са непрестанните взаимодействия между различните субекти в нея – индивиди и групи, в процеса на тяхната съвместна дейност и общуване. Източниците на конфликтите са многообразни – от структурните характеристики на организацията до несъвместимостта в характерите, ценностите или интересите на индивидите
