On October 12, 2017, the Fourth Annual Conference “Health and Safety at Work 2017” was held at the Inter Expo Center.
The forum was organized by the Srednogorie Industrial Cluster and is realized with the general partnership of Aurubis Bulgaria, Ellatzite Med, with partners Ognyanovo K, Assarel Medet, Amilum Bulgaria, Layer, Multisport, Preventa ”and“ Prestige ”,“ Armeec ”as well as in institutional partnership with: CEIBG, BIA, AIKB, BAMI, BMGC, BCCI.
The forum was opened by Mr. Tim Kurt, Executive Director of Aurubis Bulgaria, President of GBITC, Mr. Lazar Lazarov, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Policy, Ms. Svetlana Dyankova, Chief Expert “Associate” in the Labor Commission , Social and Demographic Policy, Eng. The Fourth Annual Conference “Health and Safety at Work 2017” focused on best practices and modern policies to ensure a safe and favorable work environment by effectively implementing actions to prevent risk at work.
During the forum, common solutions for building a successful partnership between institutions and businesses were discussed in order to stimulate investment to create an environmentally friendly, safe and healthy work environment.
The first panel of the forum focuses on healthy and safe working conditions with moderator Nikolay Minkov – Executive Director of the Srednogorie Industrial Cluster.

The second panel of the forum was dedicated to the Best Production Practices with Mr. Konstantin Delisivkov, Executive Director, Bulgarian Federation of Industrial Energy Consumers.

The event was attended by representatives of industrial enterprises, technology and engineering companies, experts in the industrial sector and in the field of environmental safety and sustainable development, as well as specialists in the field of healthy and safe working environment, representatives of educational and scientific organizations. and government institutions.
The fourth annual conference “Health and Safety at Work 2017” was closed by Mr. Nikolay Minkov, Executive Director of the Industrial Cluster Srednogorie, who thanked all participants and summarized the work of the forum.
